Hey Folks,

Thinking about going to Costa Rica with the wifey for 6-7 days. Any recommandations on what to do? Any tour companies ot hotels offering crew discounts?

Thank you

Go see the volcano at night - lava bubbling out
Fishing charter
Zip line through the jungle canopy
Lot's of good surfing
A wide range of good international restaurants
Beaches are very nice
Scores of wild parrots, howler monkeys in the jungle canopy

I don't remember the names of these places. I was down there last fall and had a great time. Great service, Imperial beer..mmmm - good, great weather. Never stop if someone bumps your car from the rear - it's a set-up to rob you. There are areas known to have a few banditos - but the local resort folks will keep you away from those locations. Few paved roads other than main highways - I mean the few main ones. Otherwise 3rd world rutted gravel dirt trails they call roads. Most grengos get a four wheel drive and explore. The locals drive on any side of the road they want. Stay at a name brand resort.

I would go back again.

Have a great time.
