Wondering if anyone could share some info about their company's corporate shuttle. We operate a small, 3x/week, shuttle but the process of booking our employees on the shuttle is driving our Flight Scheduler crazy (e.g., on/off/on etc.). I'm wondering how other companies do it. I'd be happy to PM someone with specific questions. Thanks.

Suggest you talk to your travel people and see if they can't take over booking of shuttle pax into their airline systems under a pseudo airline name. You get your manifests an hour or so before departure, with a printout of all pax booked on the specific flight.

Or get CTA, which can accomodate shuttle requests and has the power to make it work.

I know of a large parmaceutical company (not Pfizer) who uses Carlson Wagonlit to handle the booking logistics of their shuttle.

Since the seats aren't "free", Corporate travel handles all our bookings so the proper departments are charged; for the crews, the manifest is updated prior to departure.
