It would probably be a pretty good job if it weren't for the fact that it's based in Jersey....<sigh>...oh well..

I dunno..

trenton really is not a teterboro..Im sure one can live a few miles away in PA no problem...where your cash goes a lot further.

Still got a little a$$ left. Sked seems to be getting back to a "normal" pace now that summer is here. That said, I'm sitting in the airport hotel waiting for a crew swap tomorrow so its pretty much SOS DD.
Still haven't gotten used to falling asleep in Asia and waking up in the EU. (Thats a joke for all you FAA trolls)
Should be out your way for the fireworks, and yeah, Jersey Chiks Rule!!!!!! At least for a night ;) :p
See you and the NJA guys are having a little love fest over on the Frac board. Go easy on them, they're abused children and you can't blame them for not having much of a sense of humor.

¡sí, pero las muchachas de Jersey sea duro de comunicarse con puesto que no hablo mucho español!

Them Jersey girls! ;)

RICE:

taking that little Falcon to Asia?? yikes...I call that slummin' these days!;)

Yeah, I gotta let up on those frac guys a bit...I am really trying to get in touch with my sensitive side...

doing lots of crew swaping? biggest downside of Intl corp flying if you ask me...

gotta love it when an exec can only be in Beijing for 5 hours, then has to get right home...I hate it.
I would rather stay onboard for 20 hrs than airline to Japan or Singapore or somewhere..

Coming out here?? supposed to be a decent 4th weekend around here, Im hoping to catch the fireworks from the boat myself (along with many cold beverages!)

Speaking of NJA, I've noticed on the Frac board the mood is really starting to change. For years we've been hearing the windfall contract "just around the corner." Now it's "expect to be an FO for 3-5 years making from $27-33K a year." A few short years ago that $27K a year was always "base pay...I make $40K with per diem."

Not that I don't think they deserve more money, just interesting to watch the moods and story lines change with dissent.

My how times change.

You can only eat the brownies and drink the cool aid for so long until you look around and say to self.."self, it is not getting any better...." then you put two unhappy frac guys in a small confined space for hours at a time and eventually they are going to start ranting about how bad it is and morale is in the shi#*r.

No flame here, I think there is a legit beef, but what are you going to do once you are in and there is not much to go to elsewhere. Just get mad and vent I suppose.

Rice

Rice - you been keeping busy? Find me that cush GIV job in Denver yet? I'm looking for around 150K with a great schedule and a company car. Is that too much to ask?

LA is good, if you can get over the hustle and bustle....and avoid the 405 and the 101 driving to work.

........Chocks

Does anyone know if they would be hiring a Dispatcher/Scheduler any time soon? For that matter would anyone know about any of the other Flight Departments at TTN? (Pfizer, J&J, Unisys, etc.)

:D bump

Looking really hard for a job as a dispatcher/flight coordinator in a flight department either in TTN or any where else within a reasonable distance.

Thanks for the info, but where did you find this? I looked at the GE website and found that they are looking for an FA and a mechanic, but couldn't find this. Do you have any contact information?

whatever actually happened with this job opening? Did anyone ever get an interview/call for it?
