I'm staring as an FO in Northern CA on a Hawker 700. It's 50/50 between owner flying and charter.

I have a copy of AvCrew's latest pilot survey. It is very through, but I do not know how accurate the $ numbers are or what was used to determine who participated, and that can make a big difference.
