I'm just curious, what class of medical certificate do most corporate pilots hold, I or II.

Medicals

Depends on the company. My previous employer required a First Class PLUS a yearly physical which included an EKG Stress Test. My current employer only requires a First Class every year (which means they'll accept it falling to a 2nd Class for 6 mo.). You can keep your first class but you pay for the extra exam, not the company.

It really all depends on what each company requirement is.
