I found a neat magazine focusing on the Texas Hill Country.

Their website is : Texas Hill Country Magazine

The website doesn't include the article I wanted to show, an article about Bald Eagles in Texas, but there are a few neat bluebonnet pics there.

enjoy.

It's a nice area.....doing a flight to Llano tomorrow. Learned to fly along the upper Guadalupe. All the students like to take their cross countries out west of AUS....

You can't do a flight to Llano without going into town to Coopers BBQ!

Burnet has a little gift shop/ restuarant, called the Mockingbird House, down by the train station that makes a burger that weighs about a pound and a half. I'm not sure about getting a crew car, I usually drive over there instead of flying. I'm just a LCC pilot, if I was SWA I'd have my own bird.:D
