Conus tax rates for overnights

Does anyone know the standard Conus tax rates for per diem for 2003? I am looking for the standard rate not specific ones for each city.

No. The feds usually come out with form 1542 in the first couple of weeks in February. They have both the city defined rates and the flat rate.

IRS publication 463 covers that for 2003. It was issued in NOV 2003.
