Does anyone know where I can get a copy of the current Netjets contract and the pay schedule. I can't remember if someone told me or not, is there still a training contract when you come to NJA. I believe that it used to be two years and prorated each month after the first year. Does that seem right? Thanks for any info.

Last question. What happens if a crewmember gets sick while on tour, and if a crewmember gets sick before a scheduled trip? Does this come from your vacation? Thanks again.

There is no training contract any more...

If you get sick on the road prior to reporting for duty for that day you have a sick day subtracted from your accrued sick time. Vacation time is seperate.

If you get in the middle of your day after you have checked in for duty....no sick time is subtract. I'm not sure if you have to complete at least one flight in order for them not to subtract a sick day from you.
