Where do the FAR's reference being able to fly a plane for compensation with multiple owners?

Is this part 91? Is there anything I should consider in order to dot my I's and cross my T's?

What would make one current on a 421 for this type of flying? If you take a Flight Safety initial 421 course, are you current? How long?

Thanks

Did the contract thing for a while. Basically, look at your training records from Flight Safety and see exactly what kind of checkride they gave you. There is not a specific FAR for this type of flying.

Bottom line is that you must meet part 91 or 135 qualifications for the type of flying you intend on doing. That is where you will find your answers. It spells out what you need to have completed in order to operate your aircraft.
