CASS is only valid for travel within the U.S. For international jumpseating there has to be an open seat in the cabin and no offline jumpseaters are allowed in the cockpit. The only time you may occupy the cockpit jumpseat on an international flight is on your own airline. The agent may still check your credentials against the CASS database but this is only for verification purposes and it varies from airline to airline. I hope this helps.
