I know this is a long and drawn out process but I do feel that it is in the mutual interests for both CAL and ALPA to get this thing done early so it doesnt have to get to ugly.

Unfortunately I am convinced that it will have to get ugly for us to achieve anything acceptable. I plan on having 2 months pay in my savings account before we vote on the first ta, and by first I am implying that it will take multiple ta's to get this thing done right.
 
Not that this is any reflection on how CAL's Contract will go, but ALPA has been neg. with ASA for almost 5 years now.... Oh yea but they say we are getting close to an agreement... been saying that for about 3 years...

Wonder what the record is... we have got to be pushing it!!

Aspiring CAL Pilot... Still waiting on that call from HR!!
