I'm getting tired of ATC playing politics with our careers because they want their contract. I have heard that letters of warnings and violations are up a lot this year but I can't confirm. In my 10 years in the airlines I received my first letter of warning this year. It was a total BS call on ATC but they filed a deal and down I went.
