You can still submit your app to "CALA" via their official internet site, flycontinental.com, at least according to the FAA's airlines certificate page.

Dude, you don't want to get hired there.
You'll be (unfairly) labeled a scab even though the strike was declared over 28 years ago. There are United pilots still updating their scab lists daily (with names and pics).
