I just filled out the initial on line questionnaire for Express Jet. I did not see where any mins are listed on the web site. Is there a hard and fast multi engine min? Also had to print out a passenger greeting for later use? I'm assuming they'll call (if the multi time isn't an issue) and want to hear me read it? Any gouge on the phone interview?

Do a search on this site with key words such as "ExpressJet" or "XJT" in the subject line. This subject has been covered already ad nausem :).

Good Luck!

I believe the instructions said for you to call them within 24 hours to speak to a recruiter and read the statement. At least that's what it said when I did the online thing last month.

I Hate Freight!

Thanks. It did not say anything about calling them when I did it yesterday. It just said print out the paragraph and save it because you won't be able to come back to this page. I did and it said thanks for applying.

I was just wondering the odds are of getting called with basically no multi time. I've got:

3000 TT (1300 rotary)
1700 PIC SE Turbine Instructor (T-34/USN)
ATP, ME, Commercial/instrument

My best advice for you is - Do NOT leave the NAVY! Stay till retirement then try to get on with an airline. I believe you would be a lot better off. Just my $.02. I bet all the other "REgionAL" pilots here would agree. You would be taking a HUGE drop in pay and quality of life. Besides, I'll bet you are in CRP or PNS and those aren't bad places to be at :).

Frats,

Frats,

But dude, we get cheese and crackers on flights over 4 hours! Not to mention 4 days off if our parents or significant other dies. Best of the Fortune 500 baby!
