Is Airline Apps the only way to apply at Continental, or do they have a fax #? Also, shouldn't Airline Apps be free if you are applying to CAL? I have done my application but it doesn't give me an option to send it to Continental. It looks like it will make me pay.

Airapps is the only way to apply to CAL. You can select one company per login to the system for free. If you want to apply to muliple companies you have two options. Pay the money or reregister with a new user and reinput all your information. I did the latter. It was a total pain, but I just did a lot of copy and pasting.

I'll confirm the above post. Airlineapps is the ONLY way to get your stuff into CAL. And yes, it IS free for one airline. If you've allready filled out Airlineapps for say, Frontier, and now you want your stuff sent to CAL, you have to pay the money (or create a new account from scratch)

I dont think creating another one from scratch is going to work unless you have more than one social security number.

I belive it airlineapps actually tells you that it IS an option. At least, back when I used the program it did. If you've completed one app, and want to create another, it will give you the two options. One, pay $xx and have your new app cut and pasted over. Or Two, re-enter a new app from scratch. (and yes, like you said, you use the same login and pass that you used for your first one)

The system MAY have changed in the last 6 months or so, so I could be wrong.

Well I just spent the $64.00 and still not sure if CAL got it. I selected the "upgrade" function, paid the money, and was asked which airline to send it to. The only other airline on the drop down menu was Comair, which I applied to a long while back.

Airline apps is the only way to apply, but in addition they are attending a job fair in ATL in Nov......I dont know why they would be doing this , as I am sure they have more than enough people to choose from with internal recs and xjet.......any idea if Air Inc is bluffing on saying they are coming ( like last year at this time) ?

Even us with internal recs have to go through the same application. There is no way around it.
