Is Continental shutting down operations in houston and how is this going to affect them? How much would they stand to lose?

I read that it will effect all of their flights going into and coming out of Houston (duh), but that it wont have any effect on other routes. Flights that normally connected in Houston will still be flown, but with no layover in Houston. And unless KIAH is knocked offline like Armstrong was, it shouldn't have any real long-lasting effect on their operations in Houston. I'll try to find the link to the story I read.
