Container ship with suspicious cargo

Fox News is reporting that a Liberian-flag cargo ship that tied up in Newark was ordered back out to sea yesterday due to traces of radiation and "suspicious sounds" coming from a cargo hold. Now the Seal Team and DOE's NEST team is boarding the ship.
