The old codgers who stay on the job way past the age when they can perform the required tasks are the real entitlement generation. You try flying with forgets to take the thrust lever out of cutoff every time he starts the engines, can't input the basics into the FMS, and refuses to do any of the manual updates (or anything else for that matter).
