Congrats, this is the way to make up for lost bags and lousy performance!

ASA IFS is tops in DCI customer service report. A report released today by Delta on DCI customer service ranked ASA No. 1 in the categories of;
Complimentary Food: Quality
Complimentary Food: Amount during 2Q07.
 
You might be on to something here. If we got #1 in inflight food by not serving food then maybe we can get off the top of the list in most lost/misdirected bags by simply not carrying bags! The same could work for on-time performance, just cancel all the flights. A flight that never leaves the gate can't be late, right?

We freakin' serve peanuts to everybody.

Most broken windshields on an overnight.

They can put a positive spin on a steaming turd and make news out of it!
 
The Yuppys in GNV hate ASA, to the point where they are extremely obnoxious in the plane regarding on time performance, etc.

Folks that have a little money, but not quite enough to charter their own plane. Fun fun!
