I'm trying to save some airliners.net pictures into my screensaver slide show but when I do, It tries to save it as .art instead of .jpg. My computer will not let me view .art in the slide show. How do I download the picture from airliners.net as a JPEG.

I have about 20 pictures that I downloaded a few months ago. I'm not sure why my current downloads are opening as .art

you'll most likely have to get a decent image editing program like photoshop or paintshop pro, and convert the files to .jpg's, that website prolly uses .art file types so that people can't easily copy/use their images.

Hi!

I think this will work:

Just open the pictures, and then

"Save as", and change the type to .jpg

YOu should now have 2 copies of the picture, one as .art and one as .jpg

You can also save them as .bmp if you want to edit them (without an expensive program) or use them as a background on your computer.
