In Nav school we called this problem a 'point-to-point'. You hold a straightedge such as pencil over the hsi or rmi to visualize the triangle. It's very simple to demonstrate, but tiresome to write down the procedure.

You have to TLAR the wind correction.

Hey the answer is inside the tolerance of a VOT check, therefore it is a good answer. Besides the 200 heading will put you on course a lot faster than 2-3 minutes entering the data into a calculator and finding the perfect solution. Improvise, adopt and overcome, get the job done.
