Our pay scale in FWA on 135 Lear 20 series is as follows:
FO- $18,200/yr + $.065/sm after you break your gaurantee of $350/wk. Contract is 12 months/$4000 with no school and no type
Capt- $36,400/yr + $.115/sm after you break your gaurantee of $700/wk. Contract is 18 months/$9000 for Simuflite initial type
Per Diem is $1.00
Schedule is pager 24/7 with usually 4-6 days scheduled off a month
Benefits- Jet time
I would think that in the Pacific NW $45,000 would be acceptable/reasonable pay
I also would avoid the wash jobs. I did that for 6 yrs growing up to pay for flight lessons and it gets old fast when hydraulic fluid is dripping in your eyes as you scrub the belly on a creeper.
