Hi Folks,

Been thinking about applying to Compass. I have a few questions though before sending the app.

1) Are you being paid during training? Even during the home study period? How long is the Montreal training?

2) What are the highlights of the contract: Block or better? 100% line guaranteed? trip trade? min days off?

3) How's the health insurance offered by the company?

4) Can your immediate family non rev on NWA for free or is there a fee? What about buddy passes

Hi Folks,

Been thinking about applying to Compass. I have a few questions though before sending the app.

1) Are you being paid during training? Even during the home study period? How long is the Montreal training?
Yes you are paid during training, the at home study course if only 18.5 hours for that month once you come back you are making guarentee.
Montreal could be from 30-40 days, perdiem during the whole stay

2) What are the highlights of the contract: Block or better? 100% line guaranteed? trip trade? min days off?
Block or better, Bid line guar, 11 days off, 13 days vacation from year 1, trip trade not so good right now, 3.5 pe min per day

3) How's the health insurance offered by the company?

For a family its 295 plus 27 for dental
Blue cross its ok I believe its 80/20

4) Can your immediate family non rev on NWA for free or is there a fee?

Yourself, Spouse and kids are free domestic for a coach seat
Mom and Pop are I think $15 each way domestic coach seat
For international travel there is a fee for everyone
No buddy passes as of yet
