Kind of right

Once a Compass pilot hits 30 month he is given a flow up seat at NWA if they are hiring. If the pilot denies the flow up his seat is locked at Compass. If NWA furloughs the NWA pilots would be on top of the list below anyone that denied the flow up
 
There will be no ratios! There will be a hard cap of RJ's that will not be indexed to the number of mainline aircraft. There is also a Section 3 deletion to the NWA contract that, when combined with the hard cap, will mean all future "large RJ's" must be flown at the merged mainline, at rates TBD.
Now that is some excellent news! Great work from your CNC on working out that language.
