Compass Contract

Anybody have general details of compass's contract. Just really interested things that would affect QOL, like reserve, PBS??? anything would help

It's in the same ballpark as the ACA/IDE contract but in totally different sections. I haven't had the chance yet to really delve into the language, but so far it seems on par or better than other regionals. The NWA MEC did the deal, so I'd tend to believe some of the language is copy and paste from their contract - at least it's language I haven't seen at the 2 other carriers I've been with (regionals).
