looks like compass is gonna be at the air inc job fair in 01/2007.
are they going to be hiring off the street?
I am seriously thinking about applying to Compass, but I have no idea of minimums or pay. I know some of that information is on the NWA mainline contract. If there is anybody that could clarify that for me I would appreciate.
Thanks
The NW MEC negotiating committee is in the process of writing a full text agreement right now. The basis for the agreement is the current PCL agreement with alterations where term sheet items conflict. The term sheet items can probably be found on this forum by useing the search button.

It sounds appealing to me, but all I know are rumors. I was wondering if there is any solid information on the company besides what your mom's friend that's married to your cousin that heard from somebody that he met yesterday that compass.....Just a question. Without these things how can one "seriously think of applying"?
Why would furloughed NWA's go there when they'll all be back online within a few months anyway? Maybe for PIC time and then try another airline?? Only reason I could think of.
Mr. I.
Seems as if the 175's could end up at Pinnacle or Mesaba or even mainline. Could be a short upgrade if they stay under Compass and slowly add airplanes to the fleet.i agree...my point was everyone claims that NWA is already almost through theyre furlough callbacks (2nd round) and very few people have come back....where are the Captains gonna come from? They cant possibly set theyre minimums that high and expect all that many apps with SKYW and RAH hiring as much as they are....
