This may have already been brought up before so apologies in advance if it has.

Was wanting to know how EAA compares to AOPA? Seems like a lot of pilots belong to AOPA but I haven't come across a lot who belong to EAA. I belong to AOPA but was curious about EAA. What little I do know about EAA is that they seem to have chapters and they have a "division" for warbirds (which happens to be my favorite era of aviation). I have thought about joining EAA. Wanted to hear what those in the know think about it. Thanks.
