When I flew bizjets we all had Amex cards issued with our name along with the company name. If you were smart you called Amex to setup the points in your name and not the company. I was charging something like 10-15 grand a month, over 6 years that got me alot of free toys.

ALL "company" credit cards that have your name on them are YOUR responsibility. If you signed an application, its yours.

We each have a company Amex. I have in the past worked for outfits, 91 and 135, that wanted me to use my own and then expense it. Been around long enough, seen too many bad things happen with this. Paraphrasing what someone else said, 'they spent lots of money on equipment, why should I help bankroll them?'

got an AMEX card with YOUR name on front and never signed an application???

I would check your credit report...

.."dude"...

I have done it both ways, and I prefer my own company card over expense checks. I never signed an application for my card and it has my name on it. I don't even get the bill, nor do I have to send in my reciepts. It works out fairly well. I am the only pilot so it is probably easier for the company this way.
