Commuting while flying for Colgan?

Do the schedules allow pilots to commute?? What about getting LGA as a base out of training?

LGA isn't currently a base, and I think most of the bases in the area are senior.

Short commutes aren't usually a problem, but most of the lines aren't great for regular commuting.
