Is there an easy way to get from NWA cargo or Polar/Atlas cargo to the Pax terminals and vice versa?

Polar's service will provide the ride from the terminal for free. You need to ride it anyway since you are on the secure side of the airport.

You can also walk across the street from Signature into the parking lot across the main road into remote parking.

There you can ride the free tram from the elevated platform to all of the terminals....re-enter security though.

I'm not sure about Polar, but NW Cargo is on the same side of the airport as UPS and Fdx, no where near Signature or any long term parking lot. I think DHL aircraft park near Signature.

fed ex and UPS are south cargo. Polar and DHL are on the NE cargo ramp across from Signature. What you can do if you are driving to ORD is go to the Hol. Inn espress off Rosemont and park in the parking lot, just tell them you are with Polar and you can get through the gate. The crew will meet in the lobby 2 hours prior to the departure. You can meet up with the crew and ride out for free with us in the shuttle. If you are at the terminal and don't have a car, you can ride the Holl Inn rosemont shuttle to the hotel. It picks up at door one across from the Hilton at a quarter till and a quarter past every hour.
