Commuter cheat sheets?

Have you ever tried to jumpseat and get the deer in the headlights look, or the response I can not find you in cass or you are not approved to Jumpseat? All because the person does not know how to enter the information.

I was wondering if anyone has some cheat sheets what the different airlines need to enter in their computer systems to speed things up.

Welcome to the age of "dime a dozen" gate agents and on the job training.

Putting up the sequence of keystrokes to pull up a jumpseat request might get the unwanted attention of the Federalies. And telling a gate agent how to do their job might get you a ticket to nowhere.
