I have to agree also. I commuted out of MCO for a year and a half and it was a pain in the a$$. I finally gave up and got a corporate gig here in central Florida. It is really hard around holidays, all summer and from January through April! Good luck.

I commuted out of MCO as well. It was so stressful that I ended up moving to my base. But can finally move back now after getting on with NetJets. 95 new domiciles, including MCO, effective Dec. 1. No more MCO commuting! Life is good.
 
Don't forget that the $5 fee is per segment, not per trip. If you have to 2 or 3 leg it to get somewhere, the cost increases.

Is this policy going into effect for all Delta Connection carriers or just ASA/Skywest? I hadn't heard anything about this when I was at Shuttle America.
