Commut air interview up and coming

Anyone have any insight as far as the interview with this company? I've read all of the aviation interviews stuff, any other tips or remarks? Upgrade times? Is it true they have no training contract?

No training contract. Upgrade time is highly variable. For the guys in the next upgrade class in April, it will have been just under two years. Good luck.

Pay starts day one of training. I believe you get per-diem as well from day one until you are on-line. The company doesn't officially pay for your hotel, however they do give you an override which covers half of your hotel costs. So if you pair up with a classmate, your hotel is covered.

As for QOL, just do a search.
