The crappy thing is, 15% from a management salary probably cuts into discretionary spending. 15% from a pilot, flight attendant, or mechanics salary, means being able to pay a mortage, pay for groceries, or buy clothing for your family.

Just remember, your pilot group is a very big part of the reason that we can no longer "raise the bar." The future pay rates will be forced on us due to the bankruptcy filing. Unlike the fact that your pilot group VOTED to not help maintain the bar. Not exactly something to be proud of.

Remember, that 17.3 million that will be taken away from us is only to "match" your pay rates to make us "competitive" in the DCI system.
