With 900 TT, take the first job offer you get! Send out the resumes to the fracs and update them regularly. As soon as you can move on, do so! Good luck.
 
Looking like 8-12 per week through January. The training outlook posted does not extend beyond that but assuming current attrition remains the same we will need to maintain our staffing levels.
 
I went on Tuesday and that place is very impressive. Good experience wheter I get the offer or not. Any of the other guys from tuesdays interview group on here??

Riddle do you have any advice to someone getting ready to go in to the next round?

Just show a desire to work here and know everything about your current flying position, such as 91 regs or 135 regs, etc, and your airplane systems. We are hard up for pilots so if you can show you are a professional and have a good personality you'll do just fine.
