I agree, you got shafted on this one...but why your group ever agreed to finance growth through your loss of pay (the so called 70 seat dream, wouldn't you have died if they brought on Q400s?) is beyond me.

Amazingly enough, 1,264 "I voted NO!" stickers were spoted on Comair flight bags.

Everyone bashed us over here at Mesa but now Comair realizes what we were up against as a post 9/11 contract. I got here after the contract was voted on. It sucks........ now maybe you can see that they MGMT had more leverage than you think and now you realize. Nobody wants what we have but at least now Comair pilots realize that we did not have much of a choice just like you did not?!gb

Seriously? Night and day situations. Comair was faced with a court imposed contract and a strike injunction after being drug into a fraudulent bankruptcy by the big "D" as an alternative to this ******************** contract.
Mesa chose to accept their contract without the constraints of any of the aforementioned limitations and negotiated in a "free market" setting. I don't see the two situations as being linked in the least.

Exactly, Mesa were not forced by law to take anything, the decided they liked what they saw, and they decided that that was what they were worth.

What we took in concessions is still 2 contracts ahead of yours,

You weren't in bankruptcy. You didn't have a contract about to be imposed on you and a strike injunction forcing you to work under it. There are no similarities.

Also two concessionary contracts later Comair's contract is still considerably better than yours. How is block only pay working out in JFK and ATL?
