(1)Why did Capt. F. throw off one of our Captains off your flight? (2)Why are you sueing DAL?

#1. I'd like to know, too. I haven't heard of such an incident and I'm in no mind to see a j/s war. I've been treated mostly well by your crews up front, with just a couple guys a little on the chilly side, but cordial.

#2. The RJDC is involved in a lawsuit with ALPA, not DAL.

As a third year FO on withholding pay I was making more than $1 per seat per hour flying for Delta Connection flying the D328jet for $35.40 hour. That was nice while it lasted. Unfortunately Tom and Kerry killed ACA and I was out of work shortly there after. Good luck to all the boys and girls at Comair.

I don't wish bad things on other pilots. I do wish bad things on those who thought it was a good idea not to hire furloughed DAL pilots or "else." Sound like anyone you know?? Whoever it was over there who came up with that one has put a stigma on you that will come back to haunt you someday. Why did Capt. F. throw off one of our Captains off your flight? Why are you sueing DAL? Face it jack - you are causing all kinds of problems. Looking at your claimed total time 25k and still at a commuter I bet you are one of the guys who is making these stupid decisions. What sucks is that you are making others look stupid instead of just yourself. I bet it is your charming personality that has kept you from moving upward.
