Hey everyone......I'm looking into applying for a few regional jobs soon, and was looking into Comair....I know they have the "best" contract out there, and that there is some instability because of Delta, but if any pilots here could shed some light on the work environment, especially QOL and relationship with management, I'd appreciate it.....

Go for it, you might get off researve after 2 or 3 years........

Leave it to the pilots of the other airlines to bash first.

ignorance must be bliss.

With the amount of pilots in training right now or with class dates in the very near fututre.... Reserve shouldn't be very long at all if you get in soon.

This was just posted on the comair employee website......

So if you want to come, get in at the beggining of the hiring wave if it is going to happen which it looks like it is.

No one's really answered this guy's question. How do you guys like the QOL at Comair? Days off? Schedules? Just curious.
