I know, I know, most people on this board will say STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM BOTH! But given the choice between the two, Trans States or Comair, and why?

Of these two I would have to say Comair. At least it has the potential to be a good place to work. Better pay and work rules. Besides, if you do get furloughed you can to Tran States.

Go to Comair unless you live in STL. TSA has a great pilot group but :puke: Hulas well I hope you get the pic.

Hi!

Should I buy a used 1976 Chevy Vega from a guy in my crashpad for $28,00, or a brand new 2007 Honda Civic Si with all the options from my local Honda dealer for $28,000? I'm looking for good mileage, quality, reliability and performance, and I'm not sure which car would be better.

I'd say that COMAIR is a better way to go, but it's a crapshoot in this business. It all depends on what your short/long term goals in the flying biz are. I'd suggest the military if you meet the requirements.

Comair. No joke. I worked there and loved it. Great pilot group. Do you want to still have a job in 2 years? Go to Eagle.
