Protecting the amount of our flying which can be outsourced is no more "dictating company policy" than is negotiating a pay scale.

I think most know this, but obviously it is more fun to make digs.

It's awfully tiring.

It sounds like you are both saying the same thing in different ways to me. Perhaps FDJ should consider why it bothers him so much. I actually wish you COULD dictate company policy, as that is what a contract attempts to do. I don't know why this sounds like such a bad thing. Of course, you don't want to dictate so much that your company goes out of business. I hope you don't, anyway. Good luck.
