Did you get the Feb 2002 from Airline Pilot Central? I'm not sure how up to date that number is. Last I heard, Comair has been upgrading 15 pilots a week.

Most junior awarded captain position is Feb 2003 in JFK. Training starts in August for this guy. I would assume another bid will come out this summer and it will probably keep going more junior in JFK.

Will it change or remain the same?
Any thoughts

Nope, the company put out a memo saying that the new policy is to only upgrade people who were hired before February 2002. When they run out of people to upgrade they are going to start pairing FOs together as a cost saving measure.

Funny email from director of crewmember services saying attrition was down to 20 from 30-some-odd. That is....until the BK claim payouts hit our 401ks! Then you'll see REAL attrition and Mesa-esque upgrade times!
