If anyone does not think CMR management is not a manipulative bunch of liars, Think about this for a second. Three weeks ago a MX dude told me the IAM agreed to the same contract they voted in a year ago and felt the origional deal was fair. Now all the sudden Two days after the FA's TA they post on the company website the IAM reach deal after weeks of tough negotiations.
Maybe just maybe MGT. should be honest about what they need and stop playing head games with their workforce.

Everyone by now should Know the next company memo/newpaper articel will read. Two of the Three Unions want to see Comair "grow." And they will use the word grow becuase apparently they are under the impression thats all pilots care about is growth and upgrade.
Please stand strong CMR dudes. If the threats are real so be it. We can all do better than this place anyway.
