does anyone know if when the enforced new payrates or when they agree to something else go into effect, if the new payscale will reflect your total years of service? i know they had a pay freeze where you didnt get a pay raise when you hit another year of service, so you could be a 7 or 8 year captain only on 6yr.pay? If they drop they that freeze and give you back your total longevity the actual paycut wont be as bad, but still too much. if anyone knows the answer please respond

Best of luck! I ran away as fast as I could!

No one is sure, I thought it was goign to end up being a 1 year pay freeze. So if your a 7 year CA you are on 6 year pay (that is what they are offering). If the company was going to impose, they were not going to give any credit for the freeze and it would be a 2 year freeze.

Doesn't seem like many know what exactly the story is.
