In initial training CMR pays the 1st week of your hotel, after which you must find your own lodging. You get a weekly allowance (for food) of $250. Regular pay begins when you start IOE.

At ASA you get 1st year pay = 75 hr guarantee @ $19.02/hr from day 1 of training, plus $1.50/hr per diem (24/7 for those not based in ATL, 8 hrs/day for ATL-based). Hotel provided at the Red Roof across from FlightSafety.

almost...everything RJFlyer said except you do not get per diem. Unless you are SLC or DFW based. SLC is senior and DFW is closing...so everyone is ATL.
