How come Comair is advertising for pilots on Climbto350.com?

They must be overwelmed with resumes with all the pilots out there without jobs. I've sent my resume there numerous times with no luck. I just figured there were probably plenty of people applying with better quals plus the fact I don't know anyone there to walk in my resume. But why are they spending money on advertising?

I guess I'll try sending another resume and maybee I'll have more luck.

The way I understand it, no one (or at least hardly anyone) "advertises" on Climbto350. The administrator of that board finds companies that are advertising for pilots on their websites or other boards and puts them on there to market the website. Kind of shady if you ask me.

try flitejobs.com and it looks like the same jobs as posted on 350
it requires you to register but it is free

Now that I think about it not sure why I told you that, more competition for no jobs. :) Good luck
