Hello,
Any of you have any leads on crashpads or cheap places to stay in Columbus, Ohio? I'd really appreciate your inputs. Thanks!

Cheap Crib

I'm a flight instructor in Columbus (read: make almost no money) and I found a 1 bedroom place for $395/month. The rent includes water and heat, all I pay is electric ($17/month) and the cable bill ($50/month for 70 channels AND cable internet access). It's centrally located in a OK part of town and only 15 min from CMH. If you are interested, I can give my landlord a call to see if he has anymore units available. Cheap places are a little hard to find (not including the OSU campus area), but can be had with a little digging. I ended up finding mine in the Sunday real estate section.

Ahhh...a crash pad that comes complete with a coed who's trying to make ends meet over the summer.....Rway36, you are a genius.

I live downtown and it's cool, but I'm a former South Campus guy (I don't miss the cockroaches).

Aries Court Apartments its a great deal $405
1 Bedroom, two story, full kitchen except no dishwasher, washer/dryer included, clean, safe and 10 mins from Rickenbacker IAP

My dad has a one bedroom house he may be looking to rent. It's on the west side within 10 minutes of CMH, in the 43219 area code. (Avalon Place) I have no idea what he's looking for, but it's a small house with a nice little back yard in a safe neighborhood. I suggested he rent it out as a crashpad. I'll call and press him for more details. Anyone interested please feel free to PM me.

DO NOT WORK FOR THAT PLACE! If you value your life don't do it! On a positive note I think Midwest Aerial will be hiring soon! Wang Chung knows what I'm talking about!
