Does anyone know if there is an airline with a pilot or flight attendant domicile in Colorado Springs?

COS is indeed a MX and crew domicile with 43 crews starting in September and upwards of 80 by the end of the year.

I think Skywest is making great move in putting a domicile there. C Springs is a great town, pilots should be happy there.
