YMICFI is absolutely correct. Ask questions of BOTH sides.

Colgan and Skywest pilots, it is in the best interest of all of us, ASA/Skywest and PCL/Colgan to come together as single pilot groups to prevent whipsaw. However ALPA has yet to deliver on stopping whipsaw. Ask ALPA how they plan on stopping whipsaw even if Colgan and Skywest join ALPA. Ask them if being ALPA has stopped whipsaw between ASA/CMR/DAL/MESA or UAL/MESA/ARW/ACA or USAir/ALG/PDT/CCAIR/MESA. Ask that question and watch the tapdance....

That’s right, read up, let’s vote, and see what the pilot group wants. Let’s just make sure to do it the right way, the legal way with a legally binding contract and a grievance policy. It a democracy right?! So send in your cards even if you’re a no vote.
