BOMBARDIER ANNOUNCES COLGAN AIR ORDER FOR 24 Q4O0 TURBO-PROP AIRCRAFT

30 January, 2007, Manassas: Colgan Air inc. has placed an order for Bombardier planes. The Canadian planemaker announced today that Colgan Air inc. wholly owned subsidiary of Pinnacle Air Corp. (PNCL Nasdaq) of Memphis, Tennesee has signed a contract for 24 Bombardier Q400 turbo-prop airliners. Delivery of the Bombardier aircraft, to be operated as Continental Connection, will expand the Colgan Air aircraft stable to 71 aircraft.

The deal is valued at around $421 million. The order increases firm orders for the Bombardier Q400 turboprop to 181 aircraft.

"Colgan Air is a showcase for the Bombardier Q400 aircraft's ability to deliver exceptional value to an airline," said Steven Ridolfi, head of Bombardier Regional Aircraft. "The Q400 combines exceptionally low operating costs, jet speed and a very comfortable passenger experience."

Hopefully the payscale reflects the extra seats.
 
I used to care about what $$ i flew for. but after getting a nice plastic mug, tshirt and sticker, I just don't care anymore. It is how they make you feel that is important. I feel simply the best!

I'm just surprised that your penmanship is not reflected in the Bombardier website.
