Coffee is quite good in my opinion, especially

when you wake up at 4 am to commute in to fly 5 legs ending a

day at 10 pm.

Anyone know what a 'shot in the dark' is?

If you are really low on gas order one at CharBucks.

Someone in line ahead of me got one and said it was coffee with a double shot of espresso, 'in the dark'.

Ouch, my nerves hurt thinking about it.

Carrribean Coffee is the best. If any of you folks are in the islands, pick up some of the local coffee. great stuff.
I have traced back some of my worst headaches to caffeine addiction, so be careful. You know, realllly bad headache and then it quickly goes away after a cup o joe.

I like the Lipton Tea in the blue can. Great stuff and it really gives you a kick.

Published facts for you....

"NBC reports that some studies have shown coffee associated with the reduction of colon cancer and bladder cancer because of the phenols it contains"

"Drinking coffee with caffeine increases metabolism"

"1999 study to the American Chemical Society that caffeine has no affect on the area of the brain involved with addiction at doses of one to three cups of coffee per day"

"A 7 year Scottish Health Study that people who drink coffee are less likely to suffer heart disease"

Can't say anything about the "shot in the dark". My scout master said I could get a badge for it, but I never followed through.???
